Hey this is a very good site, excellent. However for people who dislike reading I wonder does the owner of this website have some audio-visual stuff he could post? Maybe a lecture, a debate, or some kind of interview. I actually would like to see the same statements made in writing be made through voice. It's also easier to listen to.

Hi Julian,

That is just giving the owner of this site more work. It is already tough to manage this kind of site and it seems to me that are already doing a big public service as concerned citizens. Why don't you (and everyone) post other resources here? Maybe other sites from like minded people. Not an A/V site but here is one- it is a newsletter called "The Rude Awakening" that has many of the messages you see on this site - you can get it at this link: http://www.dailyreckoning.com/. These guys are "contrarian" investors and have a similar philosophy to this site.

Alright I can do that. To anyone who's interested I have two audio-visual sites that are related in subject matter to this site.

www.financialsense.com - This is a great site that features a weakly radio program called Financial Sense Newshour. Here the person talks about the economy, and warns about the approaching depression that will sweep over us. Don't forget to check out his amazing archive of past shows either.

www.globalpublicmedia.com - I learned about this site after watching the End of Suburbia. This deals with environmental issues mainly (Peak Oil, Global Warming, etc) and how they will affect the economy and aggravate an already weakening dollar. It also attempts to show that America's breakdown may not be caused simply by foreigners getting tired of us or a dollar that becomes too weak, but by an seldom thought-about third cause: the planet's rapidly degenerating ecosystems
